We recommend having an account, but it is not required to make a purchase.

Having an account allows you to re-download your purchased materials later if needed. However, you can complete your purchase without signing up in advance.

Note: To minimize situations where you are unable to re-download materials later (within 30 days), we automatically create an account for you at the time of purchase, using the information you provide during checkout. 

– Your email address becomes your account ID
– A temporary password is sent to that email

You can use this email and password to log in and re-download your materials within 30 days of purchase.

To create an account, click the “Log-in” icon( ) at the top of the page and follow the registration steps. Account creation is quick and hassle-free.

If you’re unable to download a purchased file, or if the file does not open properly, please contact us and we’ll help you right away. 

Email our cs-manager at sopbyfran@gmail.com with the following information so we can assist you as quickly as possible:
– Your account email address
– The approximate date of purchase
– The title of the product you purchased

If you made the purchase without creating an account, please provide the email address you entered at checkout, as this helps us locate your order. Once we verify your purchase, we will resend the purchased materials to you directly via email..

Yes. You can re-download purchased materials within 30 days of your purchase. After this period, re-download access may no longer be available, so we recommend saving a copy securely on your device.

Note: If you did not create an account at the time of purchase, please check the email sent to you after checkout. We automatically create an account using your checkout information and send you a temporary password, which you can use to re-download materials within the 30-day period. 

No. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the material has been accessed or downloaded

Refunds are only considered in cases of technical issues that prevent you from accessing the purchased materials, and not for any other reasons. 

If you encounter a technical problem during the download or access process, please contact us. We will assist you promptly. 

Yes. All materials listed on AdmittedSOP are submitted by applicants who were actually admitted to U.S. graduate programs. 

We do not allow AI-generated content, fabricated samples, or unverified materials on the platform.

Each submission is reviewed and verified by our team using official admission documents before being approved for sale.

You receive the original application materials exactly as submitted by the seller.

Depending on the listing, this may include:

– A Personal Statement (often referred to as a Statement of Purpose or similar)
– A CV or résumé (if included)

Each listing clearly specifies which documents are included before purchase.

No. All materials on AdmittedSOP are provided strictly for reference and learning purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, or submit any part of these materials as your own application documents, regardless of how well-written they may be.
Doing so may constitute plagiarism or misrepresentation and could seriously jeopardize your admission.

Instead, we encourage you to use these materials to understand structure, tone, and how successful applicants presented their academic and personal narratives.

No. You may not distribute, publish, or reuse any portion of the downloaded materials without our explicit permission.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Blog posts
  • E-books
  • Lectures or presentations
  • Any commercial or non-commercial use

What AdmittedSOP provides is access to verified application materials, not copyright or ownership.

Unauthorized use, redistribution, or reproduction of materials may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Please note that almost all materials on AdmittedSOP are exclusively distributed through this platform.

No. Purchasing materials on AdmittedSOP does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.

What you are purchasing is access to verified application materials, not ownership of the content itself.
This is consistent with how AdmittedSOP is presented across the platform — as a service that provides access to real SOPs, not the transfer of intellectual property.

Ownership and copyright remain with the original author (the seller) at all times.

This means that:

  • You may access and review the materials for personal reference and learning purposes.
  • You may not claim the materials as your own.
  • You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, or submit them as part of any application or work.

This access-based model is designed to protect both sellers and buyers, while ensuring that all materials on AdmittedSOP are used responsibly and ethically.

Seller FAQ

You need to create a vendor account first. To do so, click the “Log-in” icon ( ) , used as ‘My Account” icon) at the top of the page and follow the registration steps.

If you already have a customer account, you can use the same account as your vendor account — there is no need to create a separate ID.

No. Your personal identity is never disclosed to buyers.
Buyers may see limited contextual information such as degree level, field of study, or institution, but your name and personal details remain private at all times.

Note: Before uploading your materials, you are responsible for removing any personally identifiable information (PII) from your documents.
All materials are listed exactly as submitted by the seller.

AdmittedSOP is not responsible for any issues arising from personal information that the seller fails to remove prior to upload.

To verify your admission, you may upload any document that confirms your acceptance into the program, such as:

  • An official admission letter
  • A student ID or enrollment confirmation

These documents are used solely for verification purposes, reviewed only by our team, and are never shared with buyers.

All verification documents are securely discarded after the verification process is completed.

AdmittedSOP does not control pricing. You set your own price for each item you upload. You may also review similar listings on the platform to help determine a price you feel is appropriate.

Note: Sales are subject to a 30% platform commission, meaning you receive 70% of the price you set. This commission is used to support the development, operation, and maintenance of the platform. If any electronic transfer or payment processing fees apply at the time of payout, the final amount received by the seller will be the net amount after such fees are deducted.

Payouts are currently processed on an annual basis, rather than per sale or on demand. At this stage, all earnings for the year are calculated at year-end, and a single payout is issued in early January of the following year.

Your earnings will be sent to the PayPal or Bank account you register.

Vendor Dashboard → Payout → Payment Method

Note : AdmittedSOP is currently in its early-stage launch phase. As the platform grows and sales volume increases, we are also considering transitioning to automatic payouts per sale in the future.

Yes. You can remove or deactivate your listings at any time through your seller dashboard.

Materials that have already been purchased will remain accessible to buyers, but no further sales will occur once a listing is removed.

You retain full ownership and copyright of all materials you upload to AdmittedSOP.

When a customer purchases your materials, AdmittedSOP grants the buyer access rights only.
Ownership and copyright remain with you at all times.

AdmittedSOP does not claim ownership of your materials.
However, by uploading content to the platform, you grant AdmittedSOP a limited, non-exclusive right to use your materials for the purpose of operating and maintaining the service, for as long as the platform is in operation.

This includes using uploaded materials for:

  • displaying and delivering content to buyers, and
  • internal analysis, quality control, and the development or improvement of related services, using the materials as reference content.

AdmittedSOP will not sell, license, or publicly distribute your materials outside the platform without your explicit permission.

This clear distinction between ownership, usage rights, and access rights is designed to protect sellers from unauthorized distribution, while allowing AdmittedSOP to operate and evolve its services responsibly.

These terms are explicitly stated in our Terms of Service, which you agree to upon account registration.

You can. You may choose to partially anonymize the name of the institution. For example, we can display only the first letter of the university name while keeping the rest hidden.

However, even in this case, you must provide official admission documents (such as an admission letter) that clearly show the full name of the institution, so we can verify your admission internally.

Please note that hiding the institution name may reduce buyer confidence and could affect the likelihood of purchase. We recommend full disclosure when possible, but the final decision is yours.
