What can I upload?
- Your Personal Statement is the core material.By “Personal Statement,” we mean the primary written application essay required by U.S. graduate programs — regardless of the specific name used by each school. This may include documents titled as a Statement of Purpose, Personal Statement, Personal History Statement, Letter of Intent, Study Objectives, Academic Statement, or similar.
But it doesn’t have to be the only material.
You may also upload your CV or résumé submitted with the same application.
How to upload?
- You need to create a vendor account first.
– To do so, click the “Log-in” icon() at the top of the page
– Then, follow the registration steps to sign up as a seller.
* This same log-in icon will be also used to access your account later. - Once registered:
– Go to your Vendor Dashboard* and upload your materials along with proof of admission, following the instructions.
* You can access your Vendor Dashboard by clicking the same log-in icon () at the top of the site.
** Proof of admission may include any document that confirms your acceptance into the program (e.g., an official admission letter, a student ID) Once verified (typically within 1–2 business days), your listing will go live.
Price setting & your earnings
You set your own price for each item you upload.
– You were admitted — and that alone proves the value of your Personal Statement.
– We respect the time, effort, and experience behind your materials.
That’s why you decide the price, not us.
Sales are subject to a 30% platform commission. You receive 70% of the price you set for each sale.
– This commission is used to support the development, operation, and maintenance of the platform.
Payout — when and how you get paid
Payouts are currently processed on an annual basis, neither per sale nor on-demand.
– At this stage, all earnings for the year are calculated at year-end, and a single payout is issued in early January of the following year.
* AdmittedSOP is currently in its early-stage launch phase. As the platform grows and sales volume increases,
we are also considering transitioning to automatic per-sale payouts in the future.
Your earnings will be sent to the PayPal or Bank account you register.
– You can set or update your payment information at any time via:
Vendor Dashboard → Payout → Payment Method

- All sales data is available in your vendor dashboard.
- To access your vendor dashboard, click the ‘My account’ icon(same as Log-in icon () at the top of the site.
- You can track:
– how many times your materials were sold
– your total earnings
