1. Introduction

Welcome to AdmittedSOP (“we,” “us,” or “the Platform”). AdmittedSOP is an online marketplace that provides access to verified graduate application materials submitted by applicants who were admitted to U.S. graduate programs.

By accessing or using AdmittedSOP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

“Personal Statement” refers to a broad category of graduate application documents, including but not limited to Statement of Purpose, Personal Statement, Personal History Statement, Academic Objective, Letter of Intent, and similar documents required by graduate programs.
“Materials” refers collectively to Personal Statements and/or CVs uploaded to the Platform.
“Seller” refers to a user who uploads Materials for sale.
“Buyer” refers to a user who purchases access to Materials.
“Access Rights” refers to the limited right to view and download purchased Materials for personal reference purposes only.

3. Nature of the Service

AdmittedSOP provides access to verified application Materials.
The Platform does not transfer ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights of any Materials to Buyers.

All Materials are provided strictly for reference and learning purposes.

4. Account Registration

You may register as a Buyer or Seller by creating an account using a valid email address.
Purchases may be completed without prior account registration; however, in such cases, an account may be automatically created using the email address provided at checkout to enable access to purchased Materials.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Seller Obligations

By uploading Materials, Sellers represent and warrant that:

They were genuinely admitted to the graduate program claimed.
All submitted Materials are authentic and not AI-generated or fabricated.
All personally identifiable information has been removed from uploaded documents prior to submission.
Proof of admission submitted for verification is accurate.
Proof of admission is used solely for verification and is deleted immediately after verification.

6. Buyer Rights and Restrictions

Buyers are granted Access Rights only.

Buyers may:

Access and review Materials for personal reference.

Buyers may not:

Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or submit Materials as their own.
Use Materials for any commercial or non-commercial purpose beyond personal reference.
Share Materials with third parties.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

7. Pricing, Payments, and Payouts

Sellers set their own prices for Materials.
AdmittedSOP charges a 30% platform commission, and Sellers receive 70% of the listed price.

Payouts are currently processed on an annual basis, with earnings calculated at year-end and paid in early January of the following year.
Any applicable payment processing or electronic transfer fees may be deducted from the final payout amount.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once Materials have been accessed or downloaded.

Refunds are considered only in cases of verified technical issues that prevent access to purchased Materials.

9. Intellectual Property

All Materials remain the sole property of their respective Sellers.

By uploading Materials, Sellers grant AdmittedSOP a limited, non-exclusive right to:

Display and deliver Materials to Buyers,
Conduct internal analysis, quality control, and service improvement, including reference use for related tools and services.

AdmittedSOP does not sell, license, or distribute Materials outside the Platform without explicit permission.

10. Disclaimer

AdmittedSOP does not guarantee admission results.
Use of the Platform and Materials does not ensure acceptance into any academic program.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdmittedSOP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of New Jersey, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
